Stocks continued to hold most gains Thursday afternoon. The S&P 500 rose 0.3%, putting it nearly back to its 50-day line. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Nasdaq were up 0.2% each. Volume was tracking lower in the stock market today . Trade was running about 15% lower compared to the same time Wednesday on the NYSE. Nasdaq trade was tracking about 1% lower.
