Stock futures held near early lows Monday, as jitters over Iraq’s civil war and the Russia-Ukraine standoff outweighed a mild uptick in New York regional manufacturing. Dow futures traded 31.7 points below fair market value. Nasdaq 100 futures were off 4.2 points. S&P 500 futures slipped 3.4 points and Russell 2000 futures were 5.5 points in the red.
