Stock futures nudged higher ahead of Monday’s open, as the market’s fresh uptrend heads into its second week. Nasdaq 100 futures crept 1.8 points above fair market value. S&P 500 futures were up 1.5 points and Russell 2000 futures added 1.8 points.
