Oil prices bumped up Thursday as conflict in Iraq worsened. It’s not good for stocks overall, but the oil stocks had a good day. The Oil & Gas-U.S. Exploration & Production industry group is ranked No. 2 out of 197 groups tracked by IBD. That’s up from No. 6 six weeks ago. Many of the stocks were strong in the morning but gave back a good portion of their gains by the end of the day.
