Kokku on kinnistul 13 erineva ärikondliku funktsiooniga hoonet kogupindalaga 11 564 m2, millest on kehtivate rendilepingutega kaetud ligikaudu 70%. Tehingu hind ei kuulu osapoolte kokkuleppel avalikustamisele.
