Apple plans to more than double its shops inside Target stores for the holidays, looking to expand its reach to more customers after rolling out new lines of iPhones, iPads and MacBook laptops, Seeking Alpha reported.
Target has announced that it plans to boost the number of Apple shops from 17 to 36, including new in-store locations in Texas, Florida and Target’s home base of Minnesota, according to the report. Target and Apple had previously debuted the shop-within-a-shop concept in February, in locations such as California, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
