Discount clothing chain DII has inked two new leases at Rubin Schron’s Cammeby’s International’s new Coney Island development. The department store is taking 11,600 square feet at 626 Sheepshead Bay Road and will serve as the anchor tenant at the seven-story office and retail building, the Commercial Observer reported.
