A leadership transition has been announced by Cincinnati Bell (NYSE: CBB): The regional telecom said COO Leigh Fox will replaces the retiring Ted Torbeck as president and CEO, effective May 31. Fox joined Cincinnati Bell in the summer of 2001. His previous roles there included CFO, and vice president of finance, among numerous other managerial positions.
