Producer and director Steven Soderbergh has sold his three-bedroom Chelsea apartment and we’re presuming that neither sex, lies or a videotape were needed to close the deal. The three-bedroom apartment at 147 West 22nd Street brought $4.8 million, after initially putting it on the market for $5 million in 2014, according to public records. The full-floor apartment spans 4,000 square feet.
