The Stagg Group filed plans Monday for a 163-unit apartment building at 150 Van Cortlandt Avenue East in the Bronx. The 13-story building will span just over 134,000 square feet, including more than 5,000 square feet of community space in the basement. Marin Architects is the architect of record.
