Over the summer, millions of Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) users saw their monthly subscription price increase $1 or $2. Netflix announced its initial price increase — from $8 to $9 — more than two years ago, but it quickly followed up with another $1 price increase in October of last year. Today, nearly all of Netflix’s 47.5 million U.S. subscribers pay $10 per month.
