Mid-century design giant Herman Miller is taking its first step into the world of brick and mortar retail with its first ever U.S. showroom at 251 Park Avenue South. The Michigan-based manufacturer made its name through partnerships with legendary designers such as Charles Eames, Isamu Noguchi and Alexander Girard, but until now, their furniture was available only through other retailers.
