Sunday estimates for the opening weekend of Time Warner’s (NYSE: TWX) newest franchise bet, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, indicate it topped the U.S. box office with $75 million in ticket sales. Overseas, the film had garnered $143.3 million as of this writing, Box Office Mojo reports.
