The head of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce is reportedly poised to take over the New York Building Congress next year. Carlo Scissura will take the reigns from Richard Anderson, who is stepping down after serving as the organization’s president for 22 years, the Commercial Observer reported. Anderson, who joined the advocacy organization in 1994, announced his departure in January.
