It begins with the following email from Eric Kleinfeld, of the law firm Utrecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Zeglis & Partners, sent to Cheryl Mills on April 15, 2015. At first glance, the email seems fairly innocuous with Kleinfeld simply seeking legal payment for services rendered for March 1, 2014 – March 31, 2015.
