Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan are waving goodbye to their sprawling Connecticut estate. The couple is asking for $4.25 million. Fox and Pollan built the 72-acre compound in Sharon in 1997. It features five bedrooms, a separate guesthouse, a pool, a pond and a fishing shack. Fox, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, calls the property “the best therapy possible,” according to the Daily Mail. Kathryn Clair of William Pitt/Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
