In the shadow of Moinian Group’s colossal rental building Sky, the developer is planning a more modest apartment building at 572 Eleventh Avenue, new renderings show. Located just one block from its 70-story, 1,175-unit counterpart, the building will rise 13 stories and house 165 units, according to New York YIMBY. The average unit will measure 750 square feet. The building itself will span the block between 43rd and 44th streets.
