Teen clothing retailer Aeropostale (NASDAQOTH: AROPQ) has abandoned a restructuring plan it released back in May when it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Instead of emerging from bankruptcy, the company has decided to put itself up for sale in an auction scheduled for Aug. 22. Who will bid, and what are the implications for other clothing retailers?
