In the WSJ, a piece on the Federal Reserve. In a nutshell:
– Fed officials are looking more confidently toward an interest-rate increase before year-end
That’s pretty much the gist of it, and none of that should be surprising, I suggest such views are commonly shared. Lots of mights and maybes, nothing is locked in.
