Disney‘s (NYSE: DIS) ESPN recently aired its first full-day marathon of e-sports content on its ESPN2 and ESPNU networks. The marathon, which ran for 18 hours on July 18, featured Electronic Arts‘ (NASDAQ: EA) Madden NFL 2016 Championship, Activision Blizzard‘s (NASDAQ: ATVI) “Heroes of the Dorm” college-level tournament for Heroes of the Storm, and the 2016 Evo World Championships for Capcom‘s Street Fighter V.
