The Fed: Fed’s Lockhart says decisions on interest rates should wait until post-Brexit outlook is clearer

The Brexit vote in late June has clouded the economic outlook, leaving no choice for the Federal Reserve to be patient on further interest rate hikes, said Atlanta Fed President Dennis Lockhart on Thursday.
