– Draghi told EU leaders there may be a perception outside of Europe that the EU could become ungovernable
– Draghi told EU leaders that weaker growth in Eurozone from Brexit due to weaker UK growth, trade impact and rising cost of capital
I think Draghi is going to convince them to start spending more. Governments are going to see what happened to Cameron and get desperate to hold power and will abandon austerity.
