Artificial intelligence developer IPsoft took a 27,200-square-foot sub-sublease for office space at Silverstein Properties’ 7 World Trade Center in the Financial District. IPsoft has already moved into the space, which comprises of roughly two-thirds of the 32nd floor at 7 WTC. The company is subleasing the office from currency trading firm FXDD, which itself subleased nearly 41,000 square feet — the building’s entire 32nd floor – from Dutch bank ABN AMBRO in 2009.
