It appears that Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) shareholders can finally exhale. After what has been a multi-year odyssey, during which the company saw its first planned merger with Comcast thwarted when federal regulators would not sign off on the deal, Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) appears to be on track to win approval for its merger.
