It’s an impossible task, really………Interpretation is all in the ‘ear of the beholder’ very much like Beauty is in the eye of the beholder…….Weeks ago – Uncle Mario (Draghi) promised Europe and the world that he would announce a newer, bigger, stimulus program…..leaving ‘newer and bigger’ open to interpretation….HE never explicitly defined the extent of ‘newer and bigger’ – he may have intimated possibilities but he never committed……….and rightly so….
