If there’s an insight in a perusal of the consumer sector, it is that people must be taking better care of themselves. The sector, ranked No. 6 out of 33 sectors in Wednesday’s IBD, contains four companies with Composite Ratings greater than 95. (No consumer stocks are in the Sector Leaders screen, but these few are worth a closer look.) Three of those companies make products for consumers trying to look, eat and feel good.
