The market closed down today, but managed to close slightly higher for the month. Since all of our monthly charts went final today, I’ll be reviewing not just the daily and weekly charts (which also went final today), but the monthly charts also. TLT generated an Intermediate-Term Trend Model (ITTM) BUY signal today which I will cover in the section on Bonds below. There was one other
