Stock futures muscled up ahead of Thursday’s open, as the dollar backed off and early inflation and jobs data were positive. Dow futures climbed 52.3 points above fair market value. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 10.3 points and S&P 500 futures were up 3.8 points. Small caps were also positive, with Russell 200 futures holding on to a 1.6-point gain.
