A raft of heavyweight U.S. and global news did little to inspire investors Friday, as stock futures traded in narrowly mixed terrain ahead of the open. Dow futures traded 3.6 points below fair market value. S&P 500 futures clung to a fractional gain. Nasdaq 100 futures dipped 2.8%.
