More than 100 stocks hit new highs Thursday as the market rallied. But volume was mostly weak. Criteo (CRTO), a French online advertising firm that made a presentation at a Jefferies investor conference Wednesday, was an exception. The stock climbed 1.97 to 47.50 in triple its average daily volume, clearing a 46.60 buy point of a consolidation. Its relative strength line hit a new high, boding well for the breakout.
