Buying opportunities continued to emerge this week as leading stocks and the overall market made bullish moves. After weeks of choppy, range-bound action, heavy selling has been put on hold. The Nasdaq added 1.3% for the week and hasn’t made a lower close since Feb. 10. Several IBD 50 stocks staged breakouts, including generic-drug maker Lannett (LCI). Its shares cleared a 59.54 buy point Tuesday in double-average volume.
