Half of the stocks on IBD’s Top 10 World Stocks are in buying range or otherwise near buy points. In buying range means a stock has passed a buy point, but is not yet extended 5% from it. Investors should buy before a stock rises 5% beyond a buy point. To enter a valid buying range, a stock should break out past a buy point in strong volume. Two of the five stocks are below buy points, including one that’s working on a new base.
