I suspect they low-balled the forecast earnings… like everybody else did.
But that was before the hurricanes.
The home-builders are on fire.
Sooooo…. they’re gonna beat. Thats a given.
Forward guidance should be strong.
As hurricane related pop-stocks go, this one should continue up on strong macro-economic fundamentals.
