IBM revenue was down year over year for the 21st consecutive quarter.

“It’s easy to get revenue in an enterprise space,” said Martin Schroeter, IBM’s chief financial officer. “It’s finding the profit that we’re focused on.”

An increase in revenues and currency diversification gains were offset by lower trading volumes.
