– A move higher this week, to 114.8 from the previous week’s 111.1
No doubt we’ll get some reasons proffered for the swing on the week. Its lucky I wasn’t surveyed. I woulda given it to ’em! It was raining all day on Sunday, cold, windy. My consumer confidence plummeted!
