You would expect 15-year mortgages to be popular, thanks to their lower mortgage rates and steeply discounted costs over the loan term. But the reality is that many homeowners gravitate toward a 30-year mortgage, which makes buying a home affordable for the majority of Americans. Depending upon the mortgage amount and interest rate, the monthly payments for a 30-year term could be hundreds of dollars lower than those for a 15-year mortgage.

The writing is on the wall and the message is not good. Trump will likely expand the war in Syria and increase tensions with Russia. The American empire is likely to implode under Trump’s watch, as he once again betrays many of the people who voted for him.

I’m not a security pro but I’ve had to take out the trash a few times. When I have dealt with (hiring) security companies I’ve ranged from unimpressed to severely disappointed.

Anyone know of any companies out there, big or small, that can (and will) compete with relatively elite criminals / syndicates / corrupt third world governments?
