Take a look at the options chain for EBAY Apr 21 ’17 options. The ATM / NTM calls and puts are all up around 40-50%, but I’m not seeing any news suggestive of increased volatility. Furthermore, other expirations are behaving as expected (up on one side, and down on the other). The volume and liquidity don’t seem abnormal. Is there something I’m missing? Thoughts on why the jump?

(I only noticed because I have a short straddle at $34 strike–and got nailed with unrealized loss today)
