EIA Natural gas storage for the current week 7 BCF vs est. of -2 BCF drawdown

Last week saw a drawdown of -89 BCF
The EIA says that US Natural gas stockpiles rose by 7 BCF last week. The estimate was for a draw down of -2 BCF.
The Natural Gas build is apparently the very first on record in the month of February. The US has had a unusually mild winter. Chicago did not have snow in the month of January or February.  That is a 146 year record.
