Louise Sunshine is selling her Lenox Hill apartment, but her old firm can’t count on getting the listing. Sunshine’s son, Sam Sunshine, is ditching the Corcoran Group for Sotheby’s and plans to take his mom’s listing with him, the New York Post reported. He will be working with Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Lee Sample. Louise Sunshine is selling her three-bedroom apartment at the Laurel at 400 East 67th Street for $4.59 million.
