Asian hedge funds led the charge in both the fourth quarter of last year and 2016 as a whole, according to the latest edition of Hedge Fund Research’s Asian Hedge Fund Industry Report, outperforming regional equity markets on strength in event-driven, relative value arbitrage and macro strategies.
