So there is no bubble and stocks are still cheap….just keep buying and buying…again this is a no risk all reward market….

Perea-Garzon rented out a suite on the 39th floor of the Pierre for half-a-million dollars back in 2014. The full-floor, 4,800-square-foot pad was re-listed for the same price in March 2016. Perea-Garzon brought the listing, plus five others at the hotel, to Corcoran.
