WTF was this in gasoline?

So today Dec 29, 2016 we had a drawdown on EIA numbers for gasoline. Forecasts were for a build. Crude made an unexpected build when there was a drawdown.

CL is off maybe -0.5% while RBOB is off about -1.5%. The reaction to crude is expected, but the reaction to gasoline? On a drawdown? I can see crude inventories having an impact on gasoline but this is ridiculous.

Anyone better versed in energy fundamentals/energy macro explain WTF happened?

Homebuyers in Brooklyn are snapping up condominiums faster than developers are filing for new ones. In 2016, the number of new residential condo units planned for the borough fell to 1,848, a 34 percent decrease relative to 2015, while the number of condo sales increased each quarter. In January, keeping with the trend, there were 13 condo offerings with a total of 171 residential units filed with the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
