With the stroke of a pen President Trump put the controversial Keystone and North Dakota pipelines back in play. The $8 billion Keystone project would stretch nearly twelve hundred miles across six states, carrying more than 800,000 barrels of crude oil per day from Canada to US refineries on the Gulf Coast.
