Panera Bread (NASDAQ: PNRA) recently made the bold claim that the ingredients for its entire U.S. menu are now 100% free of artificial flavors, preservatives, sweeteners, and colors. Panera claims that it’s the first national restaurant chain to accomplish such a feat, and did it by working off a “No No list” of 96 unacceptable additives and ingredients.
