Developer Chris Jiashu Xu unveiled a fresh look at the Long Island City skyscraper poised to be Queens’ tallest. The condominium development at 23-15 44th Drive is slated to have 800 condo units across 66 stories, 6sqft reported. Xu’s United Construction & Development Group filed plans for the building in February, after paying $143 million to Citigroup for the site in July 2015.
