Talk of a megadeal in which leading smartphone chipmaker Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) would acquire Netherlands-based NXP Semiconductors (NASDAQ: NXPI) has been swirling for several weeks. Shareholders of both Qualcomm and NXP have already benefited from the scuttlebutt.
