Reuters reports that
– The Vienna meeting “was held in advance of Sept. 26-28 talks in Algeria between OPEC and other major oil producers to discuss a potential output freeze.”
For those keeping track, there are all sorts of speculations on whether the producers will reach some sort of production freeze agreement. That speculation will continue.
