The rally this week has now propelled the Dow, SPX and OEX back into Short-Term Trend Model BUY signals. My sense is that it is characteristic of this week’s action, but won’t likely be a harbinger of next week’s unless price can begin breaking out above long-term overhead resistance. Indicators are not supporting this in my estimation.
