Large swaths of Brooklyn are no stranger to luxury developments at this point. But now some rather unlike neighborhoods are getting in on the action. In industrial section of Borough Park the Hamilton is rising. It’s a 92-unit luxury rental from Halcyon Management Group. The five-story, full-block building is designed by architect Karl Fischer and the interior designer Hadas Metzler.
