The rumors are swirling that Amazon has found a location for its third brick-and-mortar bookstore, and that the next instantiation will be on the East Coast.
Specifically, according to reports in the New York Post, Amazon will soon be trying to take Manhattan with a brick-and-mortar book store and cafe. The store is allegedly going to be in Hudson yards, a massive mixed-use building development that will feature retail, commercial and residential space.
